For applicants

Complete, checked, first time.

The same electrical connection enters a different pathway, needs different early evidence and meets a different handoff model depending only on where it is. Gridmark collects the project once and presents it the way each network asks.

Check a connection

How an application moves

01Check. Where the site is, what you are connecting, how big. Gridmark shows the pathway the network publishes for that size, the front door, the clock and the published fees, each with its source.
02Collect once. One evidence model covers applicant and land, existing site and interval data, the proposed load, the electrical design, the commercial choices and close-out. You enter it once.
03Authorise the data. Customer authority for up to 24 months of interval data, scoped to the NMIs and dates it covers, timestamped and revocable, routed to the retailer or network through the pathway the Rules already provide.
04Assemble and check. The pack is built in the network's categories, forms and schedules, and checked against the network's rules before anything is lodged. Every check cites its clause.
05Lodge and track. Lodged into the network's own channel. You see where it is up to, what is outstanding, and from whom.

Two archetypes first

High-power charging

About 250 kVA to 5 MVA

Public and fleet charging hubs, depots, heavy-vehicle sites. Maximum demand and diversity, harmonics, protection coordination, staging and ultimate capacity.

Hybrid sites

Charging with solar, storage or managed load

Where AS/NZS 4777, export limits and operating envelopes begin interacting with the load connection, and two applications can be required for one site.

What Gridmark does not do

It does not do the engineering. Your consultant's maximum demand calculation, protection study and single-line diagram are still theirs, and still theirs to sign.

It does not decide. It checks the pack against the network's published rules and presents the evidence next to the rule it satisfies. The network's engineer makes the decision, and Gridmark records it.

It does not compress the regulated clock. Ten business days for interval data and sixty-five for a negotiated offer are the Rules, not inefficiency. What it removes is everything around them: the wrong pathway, the missing document, the restarted clock.
