Knowledge
The public goods a shared layer produces.
Nobody holds comparable data on how connection applications move through Australia's sixteen networks. Producing it is a by-product of the platform, and it has no private buyer.
Benchmark
National connection-process benchmark
Application volumes, cycle times by stage, information requests per case, rejection reasons and requirement variance by network, anonymised and published. Connection performance is live at the regulator and unresolved partly because this dataset does not exist.
Open standard
Common Connection Data Standard
Field definitions, an evidence taxonomy, a stage and status vocabulary, error and qualification codes, a network extension mechanism and a conformance test harness. Published for any portal, consultancy or software provider to implement. Network thresholds stay confidential.
Playbook
Network implementation playbook
Governance, configuration, assurance, integration, training and change management, so networks four to sixteen do not repeat the first three networks' work.
Publications
Nothing published yet. The first outputs will be the evidence schema and the baseline benchmark from the demonstration. [ADD WHEN PUBLISHED]
